Currently revolutionizing the multi-site property management industry as a Lead Product Designer at SMS Assist. I design interfaces, systems, and products within the framing of human behavior. I also have the privilege of shaping product design strategy, optimizing design operations, and managing a diverse design team.
My design ethos is to empathically understand users and create better experiences. It is sustainable, human-centered, ergonomic, and ever-changing.
Experiment with home baking bread, pastries, and desserts (as a novice).
Playing video games like Animal Crossing, Stardew Valley, and Ace Attorney.
Watching reality cooking competition shows like Iron Chef America and The Great British Bake Off.
Other creative hobbies include graphic animation, painting, photography, and I’m currently learning ceramics.
